Should there is no extra expense for further investment in business expansion and cash flow is adequate, our dividend policy is based on an annual pay-out ratio of 40% of net income. Dividend payout may vary as per financial needs of the business but will be on the ground to provide utmost benefits to the shareholders. The dividend payout recommended by Board of Directors must be proposed for approval during shareholder's general meeting. However, Board of Directors is authorized to approve interim dividend and will report to shareholders in the next meeting.
